I think it is past time that Alabama has a similar law defining the limits of the Federal Government regarding state's rights in the manufacture and posession of firearms and all accessories pertaining to firearms. There is a bill in the House (HB48) that is a good start, but the state Senate is lagging behind in this matter. Also, the House bill has no co-sponsors, which indicates that the Representatives do not wish to support their constituents wishes. I suggest that the Governor, Senators, and Representatives get the ball rolling on this, and quickly before the Fall elections come about.
