Hell with Congress. If all the States get together we can render the Federal Government null and void and subservient to us as it should and as it was meant to be by our founding fathers.
The 10the Amendment and all the other Amendments to the Constitution have stripped Congress of any powers over the States and have given substantial powers to the States and the people of the different States.

Congress can no longer claim that it is acting by authority of the Commerce Clause. This Clause written in the first U.S. Constitution meant only to regulate commerce and not criminalize every single action or material and make it a federal crime.
The 10th Amendment effectively annulled any Commerce Clause no matter what the Supreme Court says. We must face this evil federal government or we will become slaves of it.
